Article to Animal Farm Connection
Connection 1: There are two dominant penguins in the San Fran Zoo that seem to be the ones in charge. This is similar to the dictating pigs in Animal Farm, controlling everything.
Connection 2: The 6 new penguins were capable of making all of the penguins to swim, even though they are smaller than the other penguins. This is like the animals in Animal Farm, they aren’t as powerful as humans, but they were still able to take over as well.
Penguin Article Summary
In this article , coddled flock means that the penguins really sheltered and looked over hand and foot. Basically, these penguins are very spoiled.
Summary: In the San Fran Zoo, 6 new penguins were added from Ohio, and made the really lazy penguins that were already in the zoo, want to swim. So all the penguins in the zoo are swimming non-stop. This is causing issues with with the penguin’s daily routines, and making it impossible to know when the new mating season will be.
